Very well equipped cottage with a large garden very well fenced which is perfect with a dog. The accommodation is perfectly located to visit the main sites of the area. Roselyne was very clear in the explanations and very friendly. I would recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure.

Excellent smiling welcome, friendly and attentive from Anne Sophie. Our accommodation, a charming market garden house tastefully restored, offered us calm and comfort. Saint Sigismond is an extremely peaceful little village. Nothing but moments of sweet tranquility to contemplate the dance of the swallows above the large garden, to capture in the evening the hooting of an owl, to nibble a few grains of the vine that runs along the facade... Anyone looking for proximity to nature will find something to satisfy them here. The Autize pier, a three-minute walk from the house, allows you to take beautiful exotic and informative walks amidst very rich fauna and flora. It is also a restaurant offering simple meals to enjoy in a relaxing and friendly setting.

it is a very beautiful cottage, very comfortable, well furnished and with lots of dishes and some board games. it has a separate bedroom with double bed and a large mezzanine overlooking the living room with two single beds. The garden is very nice with a private space and a common area, shared with the owner, including a beautiful dome pool, petanque court, ping pong table and gantry with swing. We were very well received with little touches upon arrival. Frédéric and his partner are attentive and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is well located, about 15 minutes from the main points of interest. I absolutely recommend for a stay in the marsh.

Charming accommodation, decorated with taste and really very well-equipped. Very pleasant outdoors. Sabine and Vincent are welcoming and full of care for everyone. (Apple juice on our arrival, children's toys) The location is perfect for discovering the Marais Poitevin. We had a very nice week.

Julie is a remarkable host in terms of her hospitality, kindness and availability. She always has a smile on her face. The house is very clean, impeccable bedding and many accessories in the kitchen The place is quiet, the pool is large enough to guarantee nice swims The hot tub and petanque court add a pluses to this rental I highly recommend this place. It is about 2 hours from the ocean, 1.5 hours from the Poitevin marsh.

This place, comfortable and nicely decorated, allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Very quiet environment, while being close to amenities: La Crèche, Saint-Maixent or Niort. Sylvie is a very friendly host, discreet but concerned about the well-being of the occupants. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a great time at Mariusz's place, we were hosted very well. The place is super cute. The bedding was very comfortable, we were really able to recharge. I think if we come back to the industry, we'll call on our services again.

We spent a weekend out of time with the family. We were three families of 4 and didn't step on it. The accommodation is very large, clean and super well-equipped, there is something for everyone and everyone. We would all come back without hesitation.

- Owner Kate is very responsive - I rented all the houses for a week with a group of friends (adults, young adults and teenagers). - Perfect hybrid configuration for all guests with an environment that can allow each or different groups to live at their own pace or to do phases of all together (meal, convivial moment, sports activities, barbecue, etc.) - Very clean and well equipped accommodations - Very nice swimming pool and solarium - Excellent welcome and availability from Rachel during the stay I would recommend it Note the need to have a car to be self-sufficient. No shops within walking distance close to the rental.
