A 5-minute walk to the city center and a 10-minute walk (or 5 minutes with the shuttle) to the ski area, the apartment is in the lower Nivorin district, a quiet area. The apartment is south-facing, which offers not only beautiful sunshine on the terrace but also stunning views of the Miage domes.
