Very good stay in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Elodie was very accommodating and available for our questions. A small gift had even been left for us upon arrival. The house is really beautiful and functional for 9 people. I recommend

superb, super warm cottage. we stayed at 13 and there is everything you need. from linens to the barbecue to the jaccuzi. If we have the chance, we will come back without hesitation. Marine is available, and very friendly. Plus the check-in time of 4 p.m. and check-out before 7 p.m. are quite comfortable.

An exceptional family stay at Baptistin's cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both children and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxing on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! We spent 3 nights with our 20-month-old son in this beautiful apartment (thank you for the folding crib available!). The place is very nice, small but well organized, functional and welcoming. The terrace is very nice, as well as all the amenities available. Communication with Pascal is fluid and pleasant, he is responsive, available and couldn't be clearer (and leaves a nice touch for his guests to start the holidays well!). The environment is also very appreciable, all the essentials are nearby, we only moved on foot or by bike: perfect for a change of scenery! The pool is a big plus in good weather. Note, as indicated it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator (easy and covered stairs), and the bedroom being small, the space around the bed is really minimal, but it is a 160 bed with very good bedding, you can't have everything :) In short, great value for money, we recommend it!

The sea is at the end of the path through the pine forest as indicated on the listing... just follow the sound of the waves. Small downside: tennis and volleyball court not at all maintained... Excellent pool!!

Very beautiful sea view house with pool sheltered from the wind. We were two families with three children each, the house is arranged so that each family had its own space. The house is located 600 m from a supervised beach that can be reached by a coastal path. We had a very nice stay and will definitely be back!

house in a new subdivision located in a locality. Quiet +++. Walking tour in the surrounding marshes, car to arrive very quickly at daily or leisure amenities (beaches, markets, marshes, etc.). Being 2 couples with small children, the layout allowed to have our 2 places of nights + shower + toilet separated (practical to be independent). House where all the amenities are well thought out, clean, accordingly and even for the children, very appreciated! thank you 😉 Pool and garden pool and garden pool at the top and secure thank you for the stay at your property 👍 just a downside odor for the shower master suite, we warned. We used the spacious master bathroom with a nice organization 😁 because 4 adults and 3 children.
