Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. "Mid-slope" cottage, in the heart of Vézelay

The vacation rental is located in the heart of the village, close to restaurants, hiking trails, and the Vézelay basilica. It is on one level, spacious (55 m2) and bright. You'll love the comfortable beds, the high ceilings, the sitting area, and the equipped kitchen. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families with a child (baby equipment on request), and four-legged companions. Small common inner courtyard with the owner.

Comfortable farmhouse, quiet in the countryside in the Morvan Regional Park with its relaxing flowered and wooded garden, close to the large lakes of Morvan, Pannecière, Les Settons, Chaumeçon, swimming, fishing, hiking trails, various activities and of course fabulous landscapes In the garden, a badminton game, a basketball hoop, a ping pong table, petanque court, soccer are at your disposal as well as deckchairs to rest around a good barbecue

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.
