Vacation rentals with a patio in Les Arcs

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We received a great welcome from Karine and Fabrice, as well as for our four-legged friends. They were incredibly kind and caring. The accommodation is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, and it feels like a cocoon. The environment and the setting are peaceful and splendid. Karine and Fabrice are two people who deeply love animals, and staying with them, receiving a visit from Lego, will be wonderful memories. We had a magical stay, and we'll definitely be back! Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Great place to stay in Cannes. The apartment has been done really well and has ample space for 3. Location is perfect being just the other side of the train station and a quick walk from central Cannes. Communication was really helpful and we had no issues at all. Thanks again!

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

This villa is superb, very well equipped, easy to access and to park. Most importantly, it has magnificent views. Francesca and Matthieu are very welcoming hosts, caring and quick to respond to any questions, or help you right away if you're missing a few things… The villa is ideal because you are in your quiet corner while being very close to all amenities and of course the beach, the center, the port etc… A little gem ☀️💕

Fanny is a very attentive and caring host, communication was smooth and fast. She was very flexible and we thank her very much! The house is nice, the pool is nice and the village of La Môle is in a very good location, close to many places to visit! :)

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Nice house, benefiting from a very good location. The garden, the swimming pool as well as the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded landscapes of the Valmer cross are particularly exotic and allow you to feel immediately on vacation. Very invested host and eager to offer the best stay to her tenants.

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We would happily stay again if we have a chance.

We were very satisfied with our accommodation! The amenities fulfill all wishes! All kinds of kitchen utensils, as well as sufficient towels and also a wood-burning stove, which also heats the whole room on colder nights, were available. On the private terrace, you could end the nights very nicely in the idyllic surroundings. The hosts, Hélène and Jean Marie, were very friendly and warm. We were warmly welcomed at check-in. And communication also went smoothly, as we could reach Hélène at any time. They also gave us many helpful tips for our hikes in the beautiful surroundings. We would come back anytime and can definitely recommend this place to anyone! ☺️

We had a great time at the place. The place is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, as well as tennis courts are nearby and accessible. We will be back!

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.

Silvia is a great host. The house is impeccable, super well-stocked and the location is very convenient for getting around. You are completely immersed in nature.

Great stay at Philippe and Sandrine's. The apartment is conveniently located close to beaches and shops/restaurants. Philippe and Sandrine are attentive and very caring. The apartment is very clean as described. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect stay, great location. Very responsive host is nice. Small shop nearby, quiet setting for the week we came. Great value for the month of May. We'll definitely be back next year ☺️
