Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lepetani

Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. We werden ontvangen met taart en een glimlach – een klein gebaar dat meteen zorgde voor een thuisgevoel. Alles was netjes en verzorgd, en de lakens roken heerlijk naar vers waspoeder, wat het nog aangenamer maakte. Er werd zelfs spontaan een boottocht voor ons geregeld. En toen we per ongeluk op het terrein van de buren belandden, kregen we ook daar gewoon een vriendelijke groet en uitleg aan het water. Zoveel hartelijkheid maakt dit verblijf echt bijzonder. Een plek waar je niet alleen logeert, maar je ook echt welkom voelt. Aanrader!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. There was private parking, walking distance to old town, and had a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

Katja is a great host and has a lovely place. She was very responsive and everything went smoothly with the stay. Would highly recommend Katja's place for a stay in Montenegro.

Smeštaj je bio odličan, prostran i sa svim kuhinjskim posuđem i priborom potrebnim za normalan boravak i kuvanje u njemu. Sobe su velike, prostrane i sa dovoljno nameštaja. Terasa je lepa i velika i u daljini se može videti i more. Na terasi ima nameštaja za sedenje, veliki štrik za sušenje stvari, sa puno štipaljki. Kupatilo je lepo, prostrano i sa svim potrebnim priborom. Jedino su mi falili komarnici, ali nam je vlasnica odmah dala aparat protiv komaraca i nismo imali onda nikakvih problema. Lokacija smeštaja je ok, na 10 - 15 min od plaže, ali je u neposrednoj blizini trenutno gradilište gde su radovi već od 7h ujutro započinjali, pa smo malo lošije spavali. Takođe, treba imati na umu da u Risnu zvono na crkvi celu noć otkucava tačno vreme na svakih sat vremena. Samo mesto Risan je malo, mirno i udobno za jedan miran, porodični odmor, a dobro polazište za obilazak celog Boko Kotorskog zaliva. Obavezno obići pijacu u Risnu nedeljom pre podne, mi smo uživali.

Heerlijk verblijf met fijn groot overdekt terras (verblijf bevindt zich op begane grond van het complex) en een fantastisch uitzicht over de baai van Kotor. Ook het verwarmde zwembad was heerlijk en altijd super schoon. Ook fijn dat er wat speel voorzieningen waren voor onze dochter van 4. Communicatie via app ging goed, maar men spreekt beperkt Engels. Alexey beheerde het complex en dat deed hij fantastisch. Hij was vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Met behulp van Google Translate vonden we elkaar altijd.

Ana ist eine ausgezeichnete, super herzliche Gastgeberin! Ich würde noch mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn ich könnte. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Es ist super sauber und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Lage ist großartig, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und dem Hafen entfernt. Ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und die Bushaltestelle von Kotor sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktioniert einwandfrei und sie ist mehr als zuvorkommend. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einige Katzen, so wie in ganz Kotor, sie sind super süß und stören garnicht. Das Apartment war perfekt für mich und ich habe mich so wohl dort gefühlt, ein richtiges Zuhause. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann diesen Host nur empfehlen!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

This apartment was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! My entire group agreed that it was our favorite view from any place we've ever stayed. Some little things I really appreciated: there was a shelf unit near the door to store the random bags that we use daily, and an area upstairs dedicated to getting ready where there was enough room to store suitcases. It was also very helpful to have two full bathrooms. The host, Dusanka, was always helpful and responded quickly. Kotor is close by and easy to get to if the traffic isn't bad. It's worth noting that the traffic in front of the building is very fast by anyone's standards. If you have small children, take extra care. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again, though! I didn’t want to leave, and I would highly recommend this place!

Great villa for a party of six. Spacious and clean. Several bathrooms and airco everywhere. Large pool and jetty for swimming in the bay. Great view on the bay and mountains too. Too far from Kotor old town (beautiful!) to walk, traffic in the summer months is crazy. Great restaurants in the area and small supermarkets as well. 15 mins from Tivat airport (50 mins during summer months). Ana is a fine host. Super fast answering our questions with a customer centric focus. Highly recommended!

Nicola was a very friendly and responsive host. She helped us find parking for our car and even moved her own car so that we could park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft schön & der Strand war nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt. Luka ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

Ivana a été très réactive sur mes interrogations et la communication facile et très agréable. Les personnes chargées du bon déroulement à l’installation, Monsieur Migo et son épouse de la maison juste à côté ont été absolument charmants. L’appartement est soigné, appréciable et conforme aux photos. Peut-être le magasin Idea juste en face du balcon pourrait gêner le décor mais on fait vite abstraction en plongeant son regard au loin sur les montagnes et si je devais revenir sur Bijela j’y retournerai volontiers. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse.

The appartment was beautiful and had everything we needed! There were two airco’s, one in the living and one in the bedroom. Which is a must during the hot summer days. In a 5 minute walk there was a beach and in about a 15 minute walk you could be at the porto montenegro centre. Kind regards, M&M

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
