I stayed here for work for two weeks, and Carla always responded quickly and checked in every once in a while. She was very accommodating when I asked her if I could extend my stay (luckily there was still availability!) and when we had questions or issues she was willing to send someone to help if we needed it. The area was very quiet and out of the way from the city center, which if you have been in Palmdale/Lancaster/Highway 14, you know it's actually a huge positive because drivers out there are insane. The house was well stocked and clean and neat, you overlook the baseball and soccer fields in the backyard which makes it feel more private. Just as a note though, the next door neighbor has a dog in the backyard that will just bark until it tires itself out when it hears you come home, which of course is not Carla's fault but if you or another guest is sensitive to larger dogs it should be noted. If I come back for work again, I'll come back to Carla's!

The home was pristine, organized well, with beautiful updates. Everything I needed for my visit was credible and available. Oxana was so helpful in communicating with me and updating. Truly was an outstanding AIRBNB experience.

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

We had an amazing weekend! We had our micro wedding here and everyone said they wished it was their home. The space was beautiful to begin with and easy to add personal touches to the backyard for the wedding. Unexpected Bonus: There was a simple wooden arch already in the backyard too that we added fabric and flowers to. Everything about the space was well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend for families wanting a personal and private place for a space to celebrate. Erica is an amazing host! Super responsive and proactive- will make you feel at ease. Can’t say enough how wonderful the space and the weekend was for my family and I!

Beautiful and relaxing stay at Patricia’s pristine home. We especially loved the high quality bedding and expansive outdoor area.

Very comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath home stylishly decorated. Host is very responsive. I had trouble operating the front lock and the host communicated quickly and helped me open the lock. The house was great. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms could use a facelift but were adequate. Nice backyard where I drank my morning coffee. To be honest we only used the house to sleep and get ready for wedding events but it was much more comfortable than a hotel.

Martha is a great host she always makes us feel welcome. Highly recommended

Nous souhaitons tout de même prévenir les futurs locataires que lors des grandes chaleurs La climatisation extérieure s’entend de la chambre . Cela peut gêner si vous êtes sensible pour dormir. Mais pour le reste nous recommandons grandement ce logement Merci à Kyla pour sa réactivité et ses instructions.

Loved staying here! Joel was great - very thoughtful and responsive and made us feel comfortable! He added a lot of little touches that shows he really cares about his guests. The space was clean and full of the amenities we could have wanted. I wasn’t aware that we weren’t quite staying in a separate guest house but instead the bottom floor of the home he lives in. We could hear his big sweet dog running around upstairs - FYI in case you’re worried about noise. The drive between the house and main road takes about 3-4 minutes and is extremely steep with winding sharp turns on the side of a hill - wish I would’ve known that at booking, as it felt treacherous enough that I didn’t want to do the drive in the dark and thus felt the need to always be back at the house before sunset. All in all though, it was a great stay and the views were beautiful and have no regrets about it!

It was honestly so convenient to stay there, felt safe due to the fact that no one is able to get onto the place without a key fob. The place is exactly like shown in the pictures, and it is conveniently close to Ralph’s, Starbucks and a couple other places, the freeways are also very close. Overall a great stay :)

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The LV House was wonderful to stay in! It was exactly as described, and was a beautiful and modern place to stay. Cassy made each step of the way easy and checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed. The area was also very close to a lot of fun activities and site seeing.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

Jesus’s home was very clean and updated with beautiful modern farm house touches! So much thoughtfulness went into their welcome basket, to baking supplies, fully stocked coffee bar, variety of fun complimentary snack cupboard, and lavender soaking tub supplies! Property was very private and quiet with lots of outdoor seating along with a big Santa Maria charcoal grill. Definitely would recommend 100%

Priscilla is such a kind, wonderful, and understanding host. The cabin was cozy and clean with everything we needed to cook meals. Loved the nature and the privacy. A great place to recharge.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful black A-frame in Frazier Park! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the thoughtful design, peaceful atmosphere, and breathtaking surroundings. The cabin itself is cozy yet modern, with stylish decor that perfectly complements the mountain setting. The high ceilings, large windows, and warm lighting made it feel like a dream retreat. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was spotlessly clean, and the hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel at home., Beyond the home, the location was ideal—secluded enough to feel like a private getaway but still close to hiking trails and local spots to explore. Whether sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or winding down by the fireplace at night, every moment here was pure magic. I can’t recommend this A-Frame enough for a serene escape in Frazier Park! I’ll definitely be back!

Chuy's place was great for my family. We had a peaceful weekend. The place was better than expected. The house has plenty of space for the whole family and our pets. Loved the back yard, was big, clean and peaceful! My family and I made beautiful memories. Thank you for your hospitality Chuy!

This place is an absolute gem. It has this incredible rustic mid century vibe. The architecture is amazing, I found myself just staring at the wooden beams while sitting inside. There’s very nice sunken living room with an impressive stone fireplace. Everything has been meticulously cared for and is very clean. The beds and lines are comfortable and bathrooms accommodating. The outside grounds are beautiful as well. We really liked all the stone work throughout the property. Our host Jamie was perfect. If you plan on staying in Wrightwood and this property is available, book it!

It was perfect, better than perfect: Top of line new Airstream ✅ Best sauna you’ll ever sit in ✅ Best hot tub ✅ Wood burning fire pit with proper seating ✅ Best Landscaping and well curated outside lighting ✅ coolest outdoor shower you’ll actually enjoy using ✅ every amenity (robes, slippers, easy to use coffee machine, audio, most comfortable patio seating ever, towels, blankets, huge fridge). It was magical. The host is soooooo responsive. We’re big coffee drinkers and we used all the instant cups for the maker so I mentioned it. We noticed a platter full of the coffee maker things (I don’t know what they’re called) placed by the front. It was like the coffee fairy payed us a visit. They asked if we needed anything after we checked in and before checking out. The bed was super comfy. I can go on.
