Great place to stay! The apartment is spacious, nice and very clean. Located in a quiet and central area. Sometimes you can hear the noise of the other buildings, but nothing annoying or that can't be solved by closing the windows. It has the amenities to make your stay pleasant, Gus was also very kind and attentive. I would definitely pick it again.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it will definitely remain my first choice every time I return to the city. The view is spectacular, especially at sunset, and the attention of both the host and the building staff (available 24/7) is impeccable. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help. I feel at home every time I come. Highly recommended!

Our stay was excellent, I traveled with my whole family (there were 6 of us). Since we were traveling with small children we had to cook and there was everything, utensils, appliances, salt, etc. There is a supermarket walking outside the subdivision and supermarkets of large chains also very close by car. It was definitely a quiet and safe stay. We traveled in the hot season, but they have several fans and that may be enough. I had a multi-day event at the Poliforum, and I was about a 7-minute drive away, so the location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a very good location. Security to enter the subdivision is very well organized. The house is huge, with very interesting spaces and can accommodate large groups, as was our case (12 people). The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom, which makes the stay of several guests very pleasant. The kitchen, dining room and living room are very large and there are enough chairs or armchairs for all guests doing different activities. We are very happy to have stayed in this place.

Zaira’s place is in a great location, secure, you can park your auto next to the building. I do recommend her.

Excellent place, the hosts treat you like a king. The amenities are of super quality. I have the Impression that they offer you what they would use themselves. For example, the quality of the linens and towels, the shampoo and first-class amenities. From the moment you arrive, there is ice in the freezer and the kitchen is super-equipped, and we even found olive oil. A very nice and well-kept house

We used the accommodation to get to a concert, and the location is very good. Depending on which specific venue you go to, you can walk 10 to 30 minutes, but considering the traffic chaos of the events, I think it is highly recommended. The space is very nice and is in a fairly quiet unit.
