BEAUTIFUL house in an amazing location close to the city centre. The walk is definitely on a steep incline and with the high altitude you’ll be able to burn off all the sweats and treats you’ll inevitably be buying! Clean house, the shared pool is large and deep and well maintained. Would love to visit again!

Mr. Javier is a very attentive and kind person, in addition to showing us incredible views from his house, he told us several things we could do during our stay, the place is very nice, in addition to being clean and they always make you feel at home, definitely a good place to stay.

Great place, near the city center and, yet, really quiet, easy-to-reach. Amazing garden and great attention by hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Celez’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and the tile floors and personal touches of Mexican art are gorgeous . There was also several shelves of books in English. We were prepared for the 70+steps and they were indeed steep but Marina met us at the bottom and she carried our carry on size bags and we hauled the rest. By the end of our 5 day stay we had adjusted, just take them slow. There are many stores nearby for groceries, fresh bread, pastries and also several restaurants within an easy walk. There is a great restaurant at Hotel Embajadores not far from Celez’s, turn left at the bottom of the stairs and keep to the left. We ate there twice. Marina is kind and happy to help you, we really appreciated her. All in all a great place to stay.

If I ever come back to Guanajuato, I will definitely stay here again. The host was really nice. I arrived a little early in Guanajuato and asked for an early check-in, but they said it was possible with a quick response. The hotel was clean and hot water came out well. Thank you to the host for welcoming us with such a family-like atmosphere. And the view from the hotel is amazing. If you ever come to Guanajuato, please stay here

The house owner is good! The view from the house is also great. It is convenient to live here and go everywhere.

Claudia and her husband were super helpful and responded within minutes to my questions. He actually picked me up and took me to the airport in Leon. The place is cozy and well stocked with the appliances I needed. The hike up wouldn’t work for anyone with disabilities. It’s super close to restaurants and shops and theaters, but that also brings the noise of the city. If you’re looking for activities, this is a great home.
