Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before check-in: use of transport in Munich, directions to the accommodation and nearby shops, long check-in time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well-equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will gladly come back.

Beautiful basement apartment in a quiet and safe environment. Excellent kitchen equipment. Very good communication with the landlord. I'd love to come back.

Even the welcome by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying at a friends' place.

In an isolated, quiet and peaceful location, but close to the Erding spa and Munich's highway system. Easily reachable interchange parking with the Park & Ride metro station at Trudering. Spacious, well-furnished, bright and completely renovated accommodation, with motorized shutters and double-glazed windows with excellent soundproofing. Electrical system with many lighting points and an extraordinary number of electrical outlets: we counted 33, but surely some have escaped us. Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washing machine, large closets and chest of drawers and equipped for those with walking difficulties. Many towels available. Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large microwave, refrigerator and full equipment. Excellent organization of recycling. Parking right in front of the house and ramp for access to the house also for people with disabilities. Host reserved but helpful and kind
