We really enjoyed this place. It was a great location and only 30 minutes from Hershey (which we also visited while there). The house was in a location that felt safe and clean. My daughter and I went for a walk on the sidewalk our first evening there. The back yard is fenced in and when out there you felt as though you were in our own secluded oasis. The house is older and quirky (that we all enjoyed), but has this comfortable charm about it. Our group enjoyed the air hockey table and the pool (even though it was 54 degrees and cloudy) that didn’t keep them from the pool. Brooks reach out before our arrival with check in information and was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again when we visit the area.

JoAnna's place was even better than we expected. The pics on Airbnb and VRBO don't do this home justice. We were in State College for a wrestling tournament with another family. We travel a lot for wrestling and this is the most accurately advertised, cleanest, and most welcoming place we've ever stayed--and my husband always says I'm too picky, so that's saying a lot! We aren't even really PSU fans, but now we want to go to an event just to stay in the house again. Thank you for welcoming us to your home. We'll definitely be back!

Great house in a secluded location. Had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Special thanks to Randy the property manager. Super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed. We visited on a snowy and icy weekend and he made sure everything was clean and clear so we could get in and out of the property. Excellent service and it was greatly appreciated.

Jake was great very responsive and even left a small welcome present for us. The instructions were very clear and the house was as described and easy to access. I had an amazing stay at Connie's house! The place is huge, spotless, and beautifully maintained. All the furniture is in great condition and of high-end quality, making it super comfortable. The house is filled with natural sunlight in every room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features three large bedrooms, offering plenty of space for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the smart TVs in every room, all equipped with Netflix and YouTube—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, which was a big plus. The backyard is also a great spot for relaxing and offers plenty of privacy. Overall, I highly recommend this place—if I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would!

What a quaint cottage! It was pristine, well stocked, lovely sun porch to sit in and relax. Beds, super comfortable. This was not our first stay, and we'd stay there again!

I stayed with my two sons - both Pennstate students - for 5 days and we really enjoyed it. The Veranda with a view to the river was perfect, we used the ping pong table in the basement almost every day. We will definitely come back.

We had a quiet, comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the central air functional, and there was hardly any street noise. The Wifi was strong as well. This location is close to grocery stores and a few restaurants, and a short drive from Penn State.

We booked this house for our teenage wrestlers and their families while we were at the State Wrestling Championships. The house was everything we needed as a place to relax, hang out and make memories. Everyone had so much fun. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit, playing basketball and just being together. A weekend our athletes will never forget. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed at Veronica's place during our visit to the Middle School State Championship Basketball Tournament. The AirBnB worked out perfectly - set up and comfortable enough for a great experience, but rugged enough to house a team of respectful teenage basketball players. The boys had a blast shooting pool, watching March Madness on the big screen, having a hot sauce eating contest purchased at Bass Pro Shops, relaxing in the hot tub, and spending the night around a campfire. Great spot and terrific hosts.

This home was perfect for our needs! Our family was fortunate to attend a White Out game at Penn State and this home and location were fantastic! Rachel's home was clean and well appointed. Thank you for a lovely stay :o)

Antoinette's place was fully stocked and equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and quiet neighborhood. There were a few board/card games and we ended up getting hooked on Skip Bo! Snacks and candy were a nice touch! Great place, great stay.

Betty’s place is in a perfect location to visit my son who’s a student at PSU. We were within walking distance to local pubs and starting our day having breakfast on the front porch was awesome. Great neighborhood! We’ll be back!

Judi was very very kind and the perfect host. Her home was ansolutrly perfect and i tell you, if i never had to leave, i wouldnt. This qas BY FAR the cleanest airbnb i had stayed in. Its so welcoming and homey. I stayed there for the night before my wedding night and wedding night and i was comfortable. It truly id a home. And judi was so very accomodating and very quick to respond to any messages. I will absolutely suggest any family or friends travelling from out of town visiting to stay at nanas place! Thank you so much for everything, Judi!
