In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Our modern accommodation is located on the sunny side of Vlotho in the Weserbergland. At the top of the Buhn you have a beautiful view of Vlotho. The Weser bike path isat your feet. The property is the perfect base for bike rides, hikes and day trips to the surrounding towns/regions. Spa resorts and various exhibition grounds are not far away. In a few minutes you can reach the A2 and A30 motorways. Shopping and restaurants are close by.

Relax on the edge of the Wiehen Hills in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a climate-promoting grass roof. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.
