This apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need and more. The peaceful surroundings along to the short distance to the city groceries and restaurants make it's perfect for you and your family good times. It's worth to mention that the windows has electric blinds canake completely dark rooms - a big advantage when traveling with small childrens during the summer. There is a lot to do around and very nice and calm hiking to do in the great NDS. we had a great time and fully recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Bad Iburg. Great area for hiking and the apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean and cosy! Would definitely recommend!

We felt very comfortable in Lina's place. The apartment was very clean and well coordinated in terms of color and furniture. In the kitchen, all necessary utensils were provided. The surrounding area was also very quiet.

Karl is a very friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable. The place is large and even nicer than expected. Great furnishings and very clean. What we would particularly like to emphasize is that we had forgotten something in the accommodation and Karl offered to send it to us by mail! Thanks again, we really appreciate it. After more than a month in the apartment, I can say that there is really nothing lacking there. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, nice kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment is very quietly located, which I noticed very positively in shift work. Dirk and his family are great hosts and super flexible.

Petra is a great host. I was received very kindly, no wishes and questions remained unanswered. I felt totally comfortable in the apartment. It is very comfortably furnished and generously equipped. The location is great! Totally quiet and walking distance everywhere. Should I spend a few days in Osnabrück again, then hopefully again with Petra.

Everything was great! The place could be found right away, the check-in went smoothly, Günter visited me briefly on the first evening and gave me some helpful tips and instructions, he was very friendly, he was always easily accessible for questions as a host, the apartment corresponds to the information, everything looks like in the photos – in short: I was completely satisfied.

We had a perfect stay here as a family of four. The booking was super spontaneous and very helpful for us, everything was in top condition, very clean, pleasant fresh air in the apartment, the beds very comfortable. Great stay with Jan! Clean, central apartment with great amenities. Jan is a very friendly and helpful host. Absolutely recommended!

Peter's place was really very nice. Recommended for a relaxing vacation. Peter was always courteous and apologized for every little thing. He brought us muffins for Easter. He came every morning to clean the hot tub for us, which made us very happy. You can be very satisfied with the rooms, the upper rooms each have their own bathrooms, which is also very nice. The kitchen was very clean and many things were included. The place was very nice and recommended.

We have been there for the second time and again super satisfied. Everything as described and super nicely decorated. Nice, quiet location. We will be back!

What a great place to stay!! Thanks for this great experience. All as described and even some more was there here. Bed linen and towels were provided. A super-equipped kitchen. A lot of love was put into the smallest corner here. The hosts are also super friendly. We will definitely come back!

The accommodation was very modern, we lacked nothing. Very quiet location The highlight was the whirlpool my husband loved it Would come back.

We had a really nice weekend at the apartment. It is well equipped, (especially of course the great bathroom with sauna and hot tub), practical and offers beautiful excursion destinations nearby. Dogs are allowed, which is another plus for us! We will be happy to come back!
