Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant "Dümmer Perle" directly on Lake Dümmer See (50 m distance to the water). Enjoy the fantastically beautiful lake view (see photos). Up to 4 people can sleep in the apartment. The space was completely refurbished and modernly furnished in 2022. In the immediate vicinity (max. 400m) there are restaurants, shopping facilities, an ice cream parlor, surf school & boat rental, a beach bar and an indoor swimming pool.

Our new vacation home, completed in 2024, offers the perfect break from everyday life. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, guests enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation in your own retreat is the top priority. Our house is within walking distance (about 3 minutes) of the lake/beach.

Water mill pure romance top. The Bruchmühle is the only functioning water mill in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. The mill dates from the 13th century and has a large private mill pond. In the sloping nature reserve around the mill you can hike and cycle wonderfully. Bruchhausen-Vilsen is a recognized health resort. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation.
