I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer’s home. The house itself is beautiful—full of character, with original wood carvings and plenty of natural light. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite spots was the back patio, which offered a peaceful, private setting for morning coffee. In the afternoons, the neighboring brewery added a unique touch. It never felt noisy or intrusive, and it was a treat to be able to stroll right into the charming beer garden. The location overall was ideal—close to the riverwalk and Front Street, while also being conveniently near the Brooklyn Arts District and surrounding residential neighborhoods. Spencer was a responsive and thoughtful host. When part of the city experienced a power outage during our stay, he kept us well-informed with updates and restoration timelines. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Spencer’s place to anyone visiting the area.

This was our third stay with Tony and as always, the whole process was seamless and stress free. He made sure we had all of the instructions we needed for check in, using the property and check out. It’s especially nice to be able to bring our dog with us and have a nice fenced area to use. Our stay was wonderful as always and we’ll be back for Christmas vacation.

The design is absolutely stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a space that’s not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable and functional. It felt like walking into a magazine spread, yet it was warm and inviting at the same time. The restoration of the home has won awards and now we understand why. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the hosts. We had the pleasure of meeting Paula and Chan while we enjoyed our coffee on the porch swings. They went above and beyond in every way—welcoming us with such kindness. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect to walk to any restaurant or coffee shop. The neighborhood surrounding the home has countless historical homes. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and like home. I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Lukas's was easy to find, was just like described. neighborhood was peaceful. The house was amazing and felt just like home, it had everything we needed for our trip. He gave us some suggestions on food, places and things to do. Beds were very comfortable and enough space for whatever you needed to do. Lukas was very responsive if we had any questions. Only down side was that we didn't get to stay longer!! we definitely would stay with Lukas again!

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

This was our second stay and we will be back! The location is amazing. Bob is extremely communicative and the condo has amazing river views at a fair rate. Add in the condo amenities and included parking and there is no reason to stay anywhere else on the riverwalk. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

My stay was perfect. Erika was a great host and is so nice! I booked last minute when I had a problem arise with other accommodations. Erika responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure I was able to get into the suite. The suite is cute, cozy, super clean and comfortable. It is loaded with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Harry was responsive and helpful. The place is walkable to downtown. We had a great stay.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The parking was very convenient. Everything for us was within walking distance so it was nice to just park the car and forget about it. Being right on the Riverwalk was great. If you want to see Wilmington NC I highly recommend this condo and host.

This was mine and my daughter's second time to stay. We absolutely loved it , she makes you feel at home. Great communication. Definitely would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. Anne was so wonderful to work with and her communication was excellent! Her place was not only beautiful, but it was the perfect location to both the beach and the pool! It had multiple private decks for our family to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The house was spotless and has been very well maintained; and as an extra bonus- it included ALL of the linens including plenty of extra bath towels and beach towels! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

Absolutely loved this stay! The location was unbeatable right in front of the water with the most beautiful view. It was a cute little spot that had everything I needed for a perfect one-night stay. Super cozy, clean, and convenient. Would definitely come back!
