We had a great stay, Mona is an excellent host giving us good instructions and very flexible and friendly. Beautiful and spacious house, well equipped. Very comfortable house with big terrace and great view to the fjord and the city.

Beautiful location and a very nice house. I especially liked the living room/kitchen as a large and nice living room with large windows facing the beautiful nature. We would have loved to stay longer, because here you found peace. Gunnhild was a very nice host, service-minded and always responded quickly to messages.

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!

It was a cosy place, though being relatively small it had everything any guest needs. Christine was very friendly as well! Definitely recommended place to stay in the area and I would 100% come again.

This was my second stay with Julie. When I wrote my first review, I said that if I ever returned to Trondheim, Julie's place would be my first choice. And I confirmed this with my actions. I was satisfied.

Top-notch terraced apartment, really well equipped, good beds, parking in private yard, quiet environment. A small restaurant nearby and another small pizzeria nearby, as well as a grocery store. Raitsikka and bus a couple of hundred meters away My wife and I can really recommend it.

Great place, great host, great surroundings. Could also use their cabin which was a 40 minute hike (in snow). Overall just a really good experience. In winter time it comes in handy to have a 4 wheel drive for the last part up to the hut.

Thank you very much for the cabin we needed, a cabin for all kinds of families or like us 2 buddies. Very happy. We were there in the winter. But with that terrace in the summer would have been magical. Highly recommended, winter and summer.

Very happy with the stay! We were 5 adults and 3 children (6 months, 3 years and 5 years). Stylish house with a very nice location, your view, good evening sun, good hiking opportunities, good facilities in the house and easy communication with the host. Very steep road the last bit up to the cabin, so I recommend parking in the curve about 100 m below the cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. Some of the instructions could have been clearer but the host was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

Could not rate highly enough. Beautiful location, beautiful cabin, fantastic sauna, hot tub, log fires, boats!

We are a family of 5 who were lucky enough to borrow the cabin this Easter 2025. Have fun with crabbing from the pier, fishing from the pier and sand castles construction on the sandy beach. All this is 5 meters from the cabin. There was good communication with the landlord and everything was clean and tidy. We would gladly came back again😊

Hi! Thank you so much for letting us switch cottages.🥰 We have been at the cabin on the weekend of May 17-19. The view was incredibly nice. Much better than a picture can show, this must be experienced. The cabin itself was very spacious. We had room for all 6 family members. The cabin is equipped with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. The to-do list for arrival and departure is super easy to follow. Playground is great not only for the kids 😊 Around the cabin you will find several hiking opportunities that are very well described in a list by Lena. 👍 We really enjoyed and can only recommend the cabin and the place. 👍😊
