Located south-east on the city center, you will find this stylish apartment in a central but extremely quiet location. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, the nearest S-Bahn station “Bayrischer Bahnhof” can be reached in 3 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets and green parks that invite you to relax. The evening you can end the evening on the colorful "Karli" with a cool drink and literally stumble into bed at the end of the bed. :)

The light-flooded apartment is about 30 square meters and impresses with a large window front and a modern design. The 1 room apartment can accommodate up to five people and is equipped with a smart TV, dining table, workspace, a fully equipped kitchen incl. Kitchen equipment, WiFi and underfloor heating. The spacious bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. Through a smart closet system, there is enough storage space for all items.

Leipzig South

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.

Bungalow in the countryside to relax and enjoy

Our cottage in the countryside is a detached bungalow on a 900 square meter, beautiful garden plot on the outskirts of Leipzig. The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal. The furnishings are open, bright and high quality and invite you to feel good and relax.

Quiet city apartment at the University Hospital

My apartment is a 10-minute walk from downtown. The bedroom is quietly located without car or tram noise. The apartment is in the attic and the living room with balcony faces south. Parking is easily available free of charge on the surrounding streets.
