Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.
