Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! The red construction trailer on our old farm on the edge of the village offers a great view. Time to unwind and enjoy the simple life in nature. Space to unwind and pause. The spacious construction trailer has everything for a good simple life: sink, stove, fridge. You can relax in the 1.40 cm double bed or on the cozy sofa. Outside: Outdoor warm shower and compost separation toilet. In winter, you can take a warm shower in our separate apartment.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment in a rural area. Come to relax in the countryside in the beautiful village of Arenshausen. The edge of the forest is only about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks. Furthermore, we often have various animals on the farm or the adjacent pasture that can be made acquainted with. Also a train station, a bakery and a supermarket are only a few minutes' walk away.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Das 42 qm (2 Zimmer) große Apartment "Chalet Emma 2" in Sankt Andreasberg wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Jahr 2021/2022 vollständig kernsaniert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage.
