Car recommanded for this stay. 6 km from Undredal, 6 km from Flåm, you will find Undredal valley, the area for this cabin. This is the place they have their goats in the summertime, and some of their browncheese-productions. You are still able to see some of the production-equipment inside. The goats will be in this area from middle July to the start of Sept. This is a peacefull place to relax, without TV and WiFi. Take your coffie outside, to the view of mountains and falls. The host Anna and her daughter Calite were very kind and helped immediately when we were in trouble. I was with my child and couldn't drive, so it was really helpful that they picked me up at the station.😁 The view from the room is magnificent, with the mountains of Fiordland spreading out in front of you, and you can also see the waterfall. Also, there were two very lovely horses next to the large and lovely garden, which made me feel relaxed. The room was very modern and stylish, and there were toys for the children, so we had fun playing UNO as a family. Also, the kids were very happy with the apple juice and chocolate as a welcome drink! I would definitely like to visit again in the summer when I travel to Norway! Thank you for a wonderful travel experience!

We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place, superb location for exploring the area. The view across to the mountain & fjord is splendid with the benefit of enjoying from inside through the large picture window, or sit outside on the veranda. I loved having another small sitting area upstairs with it's own small verandah & relaxed here late evening. The bed was comfortable, good downstairs shower, excellent drying room for our boots. The kitchen is well stocked for baking or making waffles, if you are inclined. It is very nice to have a few spices or herbs to use. Mads is extremely fast responding to y queries. within minutes. It is easy to access, took a bit of a wrong turn to get the right road, Turn immediately left off the main road, go down the hill to the next left junction, go up and straight on past the children's play area under the pines. You can bathe in the fjord below and have a lovely walk through the woods, along by the fjord or up onto the hill. 5 stars

The house was beautifully furnished, spacious enough for five people, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to allow us to cook great meals and a large dining table provided ample space for us to enjoy memorable meals together. Fantastic view of the fjord. Synnove was exceptionally responsive to our requests the entire week. We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again if we return to the area.

Our stay at The Opera Farm was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful! We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we had the best time seeing the lovely views, hiking near by and going out in the paddle boat on the lake. The house was cozy and quaint and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook while we were there. We decided to eat two of our meals at the hotel on the mountain above our house that is owned by the farm and it was the most amazing dinner and breakfast I have ever had! The chefs were fantastic and the food was unique and so flavorful in every way! Everything was perfectly cooked! The view from the hotel restaurant is breathtaking. I highly recommend anyone who stays in this house to at least eat one meal at the hotel. Everyone we encountered from the beginning to end was so kind and helpful to us. We would definitely love to go back and stay here again sometime in the future!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Inger is a wonderful host with suggestions on activities to do in the area as well as where to dine and shop. As we were staying the weekend prior to Easter it was great to get the timely info that most things close Thursday and Friday prior to the weekend so we could plan accordingly. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we stayed an additional day and would have stayed longer had travel plans allowed. Immensely enjoyed speaking with her and learning about the area and some insights into Norway. A great place to relax and recharge with the stunning views. Will fondly remember this place and hope to visit again.
