Onze Kip staat op de mooiste locatie die je maar kan bedenken. Uitzicht op een schitterende polder en dicht bij mooie steden als Den Haag en Leiden. Ook Amsterdam en Rotterdam zijn binnen een half uur met de auto te bereiken. De stranden van Wassenaar, Katwijk, Noordwijk en Scheveningen zijn op fietsafstand. Lovely walking, cycling, and skating routes. Two bicycles are available for free use.

De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.
