We had a fantastic stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful! Marlieke and family are fantastic hosts. The house was stocked with everything you can think of and more, including drinks, snacks, cooking essentials, toiletries. They thought of everything! Marlieke provided toys and a play kitchen for our 1 year old, which he loved! We were so grateful! The place was very clean. Great communication from Marlieke before and during the stay. Excellent local recommendations provided also. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to other guests!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in the cozy cottage. Super comfortable beds, very quiet, everything you need - and more. Very dog-friendly - only my old dog girl couldn't get up the steep stairs to the bedrooms. But that was totally okay, as I was able to set up her dog bed in the living room. All in all, a really nice stay💚

A great and clean house in a quiet area. With 8 people, we were fine with the rooms and bathrooms. Pool was to our satisfaction!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely accurate. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us, dear Wenja. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

We first booked an Airbnb and were super satisfied. The apartment was beautifully decorated, so you felt right at home. Ruth and her husband were both very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a small paradise 10 minutes from the sea and a really pretty interior, you should book the vacation home. Ruth's restaurant tips were also great. Thank you for this beautiful week, we will be happy to come back.

We liked this home very much. I can mention just two things that could be a problem for future guests. First, the stairway to the bedrrom is very steep with small steps. We could not have carried our luggage up that stairway. Second, all the information about the home (e.g., wifi) is in Dutch. Fortunately, we know some Dutch and could read it. The home is very well furnished and was perfectly clean. It is a short walk to the train station and to the town center — a perfect location.

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The spacious kitchen and living room are ideal for a large family vacation. A highlight for us was the proximity to Meijendel, with the many possibilities for hiking, biking, beach visits in a beautiful surrounding. But that is only one of the countless activities in the area: Keukenhof, Scheveningen Pier, Madurodam, Space Expo, Duinrell, etc. A big thank you to the owner and host, it was an unforgettable family vacation!

Klaas Jan was waiting for us when we arrived and his kindness and hospitality made us feel like we were in the right place for a few relaxed days. And that worked out all the way. This house is absolutely recommended! We greatly enjoyed this beautiful, stylish and well-kept place on the water. We didn't really lack anything. Delicious coffee, good wine, delicious, local cakes: everything was ready, we could grab and enjoy it. The house has a warm, stylish decor with lots of privacy; all facilities are available. Outside it is also nicely and cozily decorated, nice to be able to see the passing boats from the bedroom. Klaas Jan, thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

We were very happy with the place. It is located in a pretty residential area between small ponds and canals and is equipped with everything you need. Hedi was an uncomplicated and warm host who was always in close contact with us. We were able to rent e-bikes from him, which we highly recommend. Excursions to the sea, to the beautiful dune area, to the city of The Hague or to Rotterdam are no problem. Thanks, Hedi, for the wonderful time, we'd come back any time.

Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience. Whether you're a local or just visiting, it's definitely worth a trip.

Willem’s little townhouse is the perfect spot to spend a few weeks. There is so much to do in town but has easy access to trains and buses to go anywhere else. Shopping is just a short 5 to 10 minute walk. Very close to many restaurants and tourist sites. Having a small courtyard area is so nice to be outside to relax. Lovely kitchen with enough items to be able to cook meals. Cozy living room area. Great bathroom facilities and having a washing machine is so very handy too. Good connection with the host for anything that may come up. Terrific spot to stay.

This accommodation is very pleasant, functional (be careful the ladder to climb into the room is not suitable for people with limited mobility) and tastefully decorated. It is located in a very nice new subdivision (but still a little difficult to find because it's not yet listed on GPS...). The town of Norwijk is located by the sea (beautiful sunsets on the beach) in the tulip field area a few km from Keukenhof Park and about 40 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. Judith is an easily reachable host. She is very responsive and gives great tips for visits and routes (car or transport, how and where to park...).

We spent three nights in this very nice and quiet place. The accommodation is very nice and inviting. If you are lucky with the weather, you can see the sunset from the sofa and enjoy the atmosphere of the region with a drink. Better than any TV program :-). Very good starting point to explore Noord-Holland and also in the center of Amsterdam you are unexpectedly fast by bus (18 min from Dörfchen Ilpendam by express bus). Very nice and reserved hosts. We can recommend it without reservation.

I have been to tom's house for a few days, I felt at home , a nice, quiet place and it is clean the whole house and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the location accessible to my places of interest. The supermarket is 11 min walk away . I recommend it .

The accommodation and the host are awesome! Lisette is the greatest hostess you can imagine. We got a varied breakfast with, for example, homemade bread, yogurt and eggs. It was beautifully arranged in an extra room. Communication with Lisette was quick and straightforward. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It is a great base to drive to Delft, Den Haag or the sea (we were at Monster Beach). The weather wasn't so great with us, but we could read a lot in the cozy living room 🤓 The three days were pure relaxation! Thank you!

Sabine’s apartment was in the perfect location for exploring beautiful Leiden and for accessing the train station for further travel. The apartment was bright, well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the street was very quiet. A great stay.

Jana was a wonderful host. This was my first trip to Europe and her place couldn’t have been better. I loved the beach and the access to public transportation. I was able to see all the parts of Holland and return in evening for a great place to relax.
