The stay was lovely really nice room with great view of canal. I made an error with keys but Mehdi was very understanding. Would recommend this stay to everyone!

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

Great stay! The apartment is centrally located on a beautiful canal. Despite being on the ground floor, it felt very private. Quiet, lovely design, comfortable--and a very responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond. We hope very much to return again!

It was a lovely solo stay. Everything needed for a nice and comfortable stay was provided. The region is also good, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

This is my second time booking Elisabeth's place, and everything remained top notch--cleanliness (seriously, I have never seen one cleaner in 30+ AirBnB rentals!), communication, location, and friendliness. We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. Definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

Marloes and Desiree were really great! They helped me and provided me with everything that I needed. My stay was incredible, both were very kind and responsive! Would stay here again!

This was my second time staying on Wouters appartment and it was every bit as wondeful as our last stay. Wouter is a fantastic host and incredibly attentive with excellent communicaiton. I can't wait to bring more friends and family in the future and show them what a beautiful place it is.

Very nice stay with a very nice host

Great place for anyone who loves horses and nature. Nice and quiet but you are still in the city quickly. In the evening we had a visit from 2 cats on the stairs who were very happy about petting units.. At night we accompanied the silence of the neighing and hoofbeats of the horses in the stable. We found it very nice The apartment was reasonably clean and well equipped. Only a large bowl for salad and a few deep plates were missing. We only saw Jan briefly on departure, but he was very friendly to us. All in all, a very successful and beautiful stay.

4 days in a little cocoon, the accommodation is very pleasant to stay in and has rooms with large spaces. Ideally located, we did our first day on foot and the next by bike, taking the free ferry to reach the city center. The little extras of the accommodation: underground parking, bike garage, rooftop pool (€7.5 per person). Fleur and Jordy were very nice, with good recommendations! Looking forward to returning 😁

We Gad a wonderful Time aboard Laura and John’s boat. Beautiful and calm neighborhood, yet easily and quickly accessible by bike from Amsterdam city center. Would highly recommend !
