During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. The Harbour is a former 4* Boutique hotel located in the Harbour of Leiden. The rooms are all fully renovated and each floor has a kitchenette which can be shared with one other room. The B&B is located at the Harbour of Leiden where many nice restaurants are located. On walking distance many other nice restaurants, bars and take aways. The main shopping street of 1km is on 50m. Park&Bike: We offer free parking 5-10min driving from The Harbour and offer bikes for rent for €10,- per day.

B&B 3 kastanjes is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a 100 years old house in the district Vreewijk in Leiden city centre. It consists of one living room and two bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. (for use of 1p bedroom see below at Access for guests). You have lots of privacy: all the services are only used by you and the apartment has its own entrance. You can use (city)bikes for free and payed parking in our street is included. The B&B is Contact Free!

"Petit Paradis" Tiny House

Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is quietly located but in the center of Leiden (old city) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located in the harbor area, close to the marina, cozy restaurants and city gardens and city parks. Leiden is known for its many museums, but certainly also for the rich water sports area in the area, the beautiful canals in and around the old city, the historic buildings and the atmosphere that a university city brings with it.

Rural detached log cabin in Noordwijkerhout

Cozy log cabin (17 m2) for two people, equipped with shower and toilet. Detached with lots of privacy and plenty of space outside. Possibility to make coffee or tea. There is a double bed in the room. Two single beds are also possible, we would like to know this well in advance, so that everything is ready when you arrive. A delicious breakfast can be booked. On request: evening meal to order: fresh soup with bread platter.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
