My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Stanzin's place! The view is absolutely stunning, the food and coffee fantastic. We really liked the little town with all of the restaurants and shops as well, with the friendliest people. Honorable mention to the dogs of the place. We made a few friends. Thanks again, Stanzin and family!

clean, upgraded space. Beds are so so, but better than some. It's better than dealing with deposits on furnished finder, but also not as nice as say an ocean view condo for same price. Like everything, you have to choose what's best for you. All in all, it's a great place. We will be here for a total of 6 weeks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming guesthouse, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The listing featured all the amenities promised, including fast Wi-fi, which made my stay very comfortable. Communication with the host, Junaid, was another highlight of my experience. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and being available for any questions throughout my stay. Additionally, the property is conveniently located near the main market in Leh making it easy to grab a bite, shop & explore the area I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Leh.

We stayed here on 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th and 11th Sep 2024. The stay was very comfortable, the home cooked food was excellent. The location of the homestay is in a very peaceful location. There was ample parking space. The room had the basic amenities which are actually required. Thank you Tsering! We would love to stay at your place again in the next season 👍🏻

Staying here was an absolute dream! The house was not only beautiful and peaceful but also the perfect place to slow down and acclimatize to the high altitude. Angtak and Catherine are the most loving and welcoming hosts, making me feel right at home. Their passion for sustainable textiles and the workshops they offer provided a deeper understanding of the rich Ladakhi culture, which was truly inspiring. The surrounding beauty and the warmth of this place made my stay unforgettable. I feel so lucky to have found this gem and can’t wait to return!

Tsering and his lovely family have been so hospitable and generous. Such a great place to stay, beautiful location with great view over the surrounding mountains. Tsering was really helpful in arranging things for us and we would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Leh! Nice and warm and cosy bedroom and delicious food too :) we hope to come back again some time!

A perfect homestay in Leh! Tsering and her family were super friendly and welcoming hosts. The meals were prepared with fresh vegetables from the garden and were delicious! We had best momos, chutagi in entire Ladakh. Nono, their cute little kitten made our stay more wholesome!! We would not hesitate to visit homestay again.

Tsezin, and all of the team at Jade House Ladakh, made our stay in Leh an incredible experience. The house was gorgeous, nestled in a lovely quiet area of the city, with beautiful fresh food (hygiene second to none) and all of the local (and best!) recommendations whenever we needed them! Would recommend Tsezin’s place at Jade House to anyone visiting Leh, if you’re after an experiential dive into Leh’s culture, whilst being steeped in comfort! Look forward to going back again some day :)

Thank you for this warm and beautiful stay, this has been the most beautiful experience home stay . Everything was perfect and above all the hospitality felt like a family . Thank you for everything! If you want a peaceful stay , go and book it and you can also hire him as a local guide to take you for a tour through his vehicle which Is reasonable compared to market rate card, and trust me you won’t get bored with uncle , he is the most entertaining and fun loving person that you will never forget ! He is also caring and will serve you tea and warm lemon water and will go above to take care you if you feel AMS.

Arnab is definitely the most helpful person I’ve known in our India Trip. I was asking a lot and Arnab always answered the questions patiently. He helped us to find places, driver, and etc. Just known that he’s leading and organizing some activities to do in India after our visit. Place just 5minutes away from the market. This was by far my best Airbnb experience. Staying at Phuntsog's house in Stakmo felt like coming home—I couldn’t have wished for a better place. Phuntsog and his family are incredibly lovely and welcoming; I only wish I could have stayed longer. The area is perfect for unwinding and immersing yourself in nature, surrounded by nothing but mountains and stunning scenery. The food was also incredible—organic, vegetarian, and some of the most delicious meals I've ever had. I will definitely be back someday.

Shaukat and Rafeeq both are extremely helpful and took great care of us. They not only make our stay comfortable and welcoming but also suggested places to visit and good places to try food. Rafeeq is an amazing guy always available on call and in person taking care of all the requirements from small to big ones. Great experience visiting them in Leh, no need to think about stay and being stressed free all the time.

Stanzin is an amazing host. Very responsive and accomodating. The rooms are exactly shown in the pictures and have perfect Wifi connectivity incase you are planning to do work from home. The location of the property is very close to the Leh market and it feels like home. Highly recommended if you want a good place to stay in leh at a reasonable price.

Stayed here with my family including an infant and it was quite a comfortable stay. The property has a beautiful little vegetable farm and a garden with apricot and apple trees. My son loved hanging out in the garden. Even the host and his family were welcoming and helped us with the kid whenever we needed. Food was good with lots of home grown fresh veggies included in the daily manu. Though more items could be added to the manu but it’s not a complain rather a recommendation. All in all it was a good experience and I will definitely stay at Leh Stumpa again as and when I visit Leh back.

Great place to stay. The hosts were very helpful, even taking me to the bus station a day before my departure to ensure I got to my next city during a slow tourism part of the year. If you're coming in October (or later) it's a bit chilly in the room, but was fine with the blankets. The rooms are full of windows, and mine was a corner room with amazing mountain views. Good location, 15-20 minutes walk from old town (5 minutes by car) and right by the best restaurant and bakery in town.

Wir waren anfangs April in Saboo ca 10 min . Vom Hauptort Leh entfernt und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gross. Im unteren Bereich hat es eine voll ausgebaute Küche mit allen Utensilien die erforderlich sind. Dazu hat es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten. Im Oberen Stockwerk hat es 2 grosse Zimmer. Vor allem das hauptzimmer ist sehr gross und gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem und es lässt sich sehr gut schlafen. Die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge aus allen Zimmer war Atemberaubend. Dazu war es sehr ruhig .Der Gastgeber Tenzin hat sich alle Mühe gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so bequem wie möglich zu gestalten. Dazu war es super zuvorkommend dass er unsere Wäsche aufgehängt hat, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Er war immer erreichbar und sein Hund paco ist uns ans Herz gewachsen. Was man verbessern könnte wäre der WiFi Empfang im oberen Stockwerk sowie ein paar Kleinigkeiten die ich Tenzin schon mitgeteilt habe. Alles in allem haben wir traumhafte Tage in Ladakh verbrach

Хозяева: сразу же по приезду попадаешь под опеку гостепреимной семьи хозяев. Не ощущаешь себя клиентом, а скорее членом большой семьи. И получаешь намного больше чем можно ожидать в рамках обычного гостинничного сервиса. Помещения: это большой дом, на втором этаже которого организованно все для гостей. Включая большой холл для общения и питания. Комнаты очень уютные с местным колоритом в дизайне и обстановкой. Имеется даже помещение для медитации.

Greatest stays of all time , Stanzin is a really great host friendly and helpfull , specially Dolma aunty who took great care of us in the freezing cold. Great location ( near airport , near main market ) Beautiful window view , clean rooms. It felt like home. If we come to leh again will stay here for sure . Recommend 10/10
