The accommodation was as described and was clean throughout. We made use of the wood burner and there was plenty of outdoor furniture to use. The location is rural but a 10min drive gets you to Hayle and a range of amenities.

A lovely lodge in quiet, peaceful surroundings. Lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Lots of places to visit within a short distance. We enjoyed watching the pheasants, ducks and other birds in the garden. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Mels place! The Airbnb was cosy, modern, spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a real highlight, clean, hot and perfect for stargazing at night. The location was ideal for exploring Hayle, St Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Mel, the host, was so friendly and welcoming, greeting us on arrival and offering great local tips. Thanks to her, we visited Godrevy Lighthouse and saw seals, an experience we wouldn’t have discovered without her. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

The lodge is in a good location for north and south Cornwall. We had a great time and enjoyed staying there
