Open-plan and spread over two floors, the space has a fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom with a double size bath and a separate rain-shower. The loft also has a second bathroom/utility room with a washing machine, dryer. Downstairs you'll find pool table, huge 4k TV with Sky, AppleTV and Xbox while upstairs there's a 4K TV and an iMac workstation. You'll also find free, super-fast WiFi along with Alexa, Google Home and Apple HomePod as well as numerous phone chargers! The loft is situated in a former toy factory which has been converted into large live-work apartments. We're a welcoming community and the owners live in one of the other apartments within the building, so close at hand to help out. We're dog, cat and kid-friendly! The overground train into Liverpool station is 7 minutes walk away and the train takes under 10 minutes into Liverpool Street Station. Alternatively the bus to Manor house tube station (zone 2) takes about 15 minutes. Up-and-coming Clapton (Canal, Park and Chatsworth Road Market) is on your door-step while uber-trendy Dalston and quaint Stoke Newington are a short bus ride away. Shoreditch and the Westfield East shopping centre are also within easy reach (10 minutes in an Uber). The loft is within easy walking distance of trendy gastro pubs, hip pizza and brunch bars and close to the nature reserve and canal which is great for walks, jogging or cycling. The Lee Valley Horse riding centre and the Lee Valley Ice rink are a short walk away. Our local Co-Op supermarket is located 100 meters away. There is free on-street parking and off street parking can be arranged at additional cost. We provide towels and bedding plus welcome Nespresso, Teas, Milk, Soya plus a cheeky bottle of red and a pack of popcorn :-) You have the run of the entire loft, so that's great. We also give you free WiFi and an iMac workstation, plus the usual TV and Xbox gaming. We live in one of the other apartments so on-hand if you need help or recommendations, but fully respectful of your privacy if you just want to hang out! Within a short walk are a canal, park, and any number of cool pubs, restaurants. and shops. There's also the railway station, where trains to Liverpool St take under 10 minutes. A little further are uber-trendy Dalston and quaint Stoke Newington. Our building is 7 minutes from the nearest OverGround rail station (goes directly to Liverpool Street main station in 10 minutes). There’s also several bus routes and cycle lanes. Plus the folks at Uber are always around in our area.
