Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ledenice

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Perfect apartement. Fully equipped, we had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious and really nice. Less than 10 minutes everywhere - sea, shop, city or promenade with restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located with a supermarket right around the corner and the See just a little further. From the balcony on the upper floor we even had a lovely sea view. Sanja was very friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall!

A place to feel good! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers everything you need for relaxing holidays. Our two-year-old son had a lot of fun – whether in the pool, with the lovingly provided toys or on the small playground right next door with a slide and swing. The garden and pool area are wonderfully idyllic and invite you to linger. If you want to explore the beaches of the area, you should plan a car – the quiet location of the accommodation is perfect for switching off, but not within walking distance of the coasts. All in all: a great time in beautiful surroundings – we will be happy to come back!

Marin's place was great. She was a great communicator, we arrived late due to holiday traffic, and the check in was very simple and straight forward. The place it was clean and beautiful, with a stunning view - better than the pictures. My family and I were very comfortable there. Will come and stay with Marin again if we are back in Novi Vinodolski.

This home in charming, enchanted. It is better than the photos, if possible. Every desire is perfectly taken care of, the bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms clean and functional, salon and dining room and kitchen (stocked with friendly snacks by the host) are perfect. The highlights are the front terrace with a dining table and a view of mountains and sea and most of all, the swimming pool with an enormous grill (stocked with coals and utensils) and yet another dining area. It is tempting to stay in the home all day, but Croatia's gorgeous beaches are only a short drive away, so the best thing to do is half the day in the sea and half the day at home. The surrounding hills and castles are fascinating. Our host, Marijana and Alen, are friendly and always ready to help.

We were very pleased with our stay at Dora's. The apartment was very clean and simply furnished but the most important things were there and we were really very satisfied. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the place Senj has everything you need. Dora was very easy to reach and responded quickly, which was great. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation at Dora's.

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. We felt like at home from the first moment. Marina put extra age-appropriate toys in the children's room for our little son, which he was very happy about. The two terraces are worth their weight in gold. The whole apartment is insanely well equipped, nothing is really missing! The apartment was sparkling clean. Marina was always very easy to reach and gave very good tips, communication always great! So far the best experience we've had on Airbnb. We will be happy to come back :)

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it based on the description. It was especially nice to just step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you might need. Vesna is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

Lovely apartment, well-equipped, perfect, beautiful sea view. Everything you need is in the apartment, and if something is missing, the very pleasant host of the apartment Ines and her parents, who live nearby, quickly and efficiently solve this and help. Comfortable beds and enough space for 4 people. The only disadvantage for us was the steep and quite long climb up from the beach to the apartment with two children, in the heat it turned out to be impossible. But we solved this problem quickly, we went down by car, not far from the beach Lopar (our favorite, quiet and comfortable) there are free parking spaces. So the vacation was great:)

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was really beautiful, very stylish and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very generously furnished. The terrace was really great, we just lacked loungers on this great terrace. Communication with Annabella was perfect.

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we would run into each other when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is there! Jacuzzi, very nice with views over the town, you feel like a king and queen! Everything was perfect. Great location by the old town with great views across the bay. Host was more than helpful and cares about the guest experience.

Nice Apartment and very nice owner

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

The best part of this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach...with access with stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

They’re truly amazing people and hosts! I guess it was our best Airbnb experience ever :) (most probably we will come back to Rijeka and stay there again)✨✨

The apartment has an amazing view and is very well located. Our check-in was early, which helped us a lot. The host was very kind to us.

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.
