Old world charm in a beautifully remodeled, airy and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, right on the water in the historical town of Bakar, with sea views from all the bedrooms and the living room. With a fully equipped brand new kitchen, this apartment is perfect for a larger family or a group of friends and a perfect base for exploring the Kvarner region. Stroll the old town and grab dinner or plan a day boat trip to explore nearby islands and coves. Please note that smoking is not allowed.

Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Location is nice and quiet, excellent for relaxation. Parking is free and always available.
