Vacation rentals with a patio in Leavenworth

Katrin was extremely responsive, and incredibly kind. We drove 12 hours to Kansas City for a weekend getaway and concert, and was very understanding and flexible with the checkin and check out time(s). Garage loft is very beautiful, so is the neighborhood. Tried a couple of places on her guidebook recommendation and they all were delicious and great vibes. The only "negative" I have to say is the bed wasn't very comfortable, but thats understandable for a mattress that would need to be on the second story loft. We also normally sleep with fluffy pillows and a tend to shy away from firm mattresses so if you do enjoy firm mattresses then you'll be fine haha. Definitely a great stay and we will be back!

The experience was exactly what I needed and was located within walking distance to restaurants, her cafe, and a local wine shop. The cafe was the highlight with fresh from scratch items, high quality tea and espresso, and fresh squeezed juices. Planning on rebooking in the future.

Located in an industrial park with beautiful rooftop deck from master. Unit was beautiful with wood floors and antiques. Mcdonalds, kfc/taco bell, taco place, and gas station within walking distance. 6-8 minute drive from downtown KC. If you have issues with stairs, then this may not be the place for you, as there is a set of stairs that you must walk up and down in order to enter the unit. Kitchen/bathroom was well stocked. Excellent laundry area and both bedrooms had a nice sitting area attached to each bedroom. Chris was very responsive and I would stay here again.

We loved our stay, and Jonathon was an excellent host. The reviews were right.. it’s all in the details, and this place exquisite details!! No steps, and all the amenities were greatly appreciated as I nursed my son after knee surgery.

What a beautiful place. It was better than the pictures, we enjoyed our stay. Didn’t have to communicate much with Jake as everything was taken care of. We’re already planning our return.

Charming little house. Very clean. Great BBQ in the greater KC area, so plenty of options to choose from. Zabrina was quick to respond to my messages. If I am attending the same workshop/conference next year I will definitely check to see if the house is available.

Great place owned by the super host! Close to groceries/restaurant and quiet neighbourhood. Both Summer and Dustin respond quickly and are also very kind to accommodate our need. Highly recommended!

Great spot with an amazing massage chair. Supremely comfortable beds. Super big nice TV. Everything you need plus nice extras just in case. This host really went above and beyond. The air filter is great too. Nice full sized kitchen and cute little outdoor area. Appreciated this rental and the host.

Emilee’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway and she was the perfect host. The house was clean and well stocked. We felt right at home. The neighborhood felt safe and it is not a far or difficult drive to get to anything in Kansas City. I would stay here again!

Super cozy home in Kansas City!

My family of seven stayed here for a little KC getaway and the place was perfect for us! Such a cute cottage with all that our family needed for our stay. My young kids absolutely loved staying in the unique upstairs space! The hosts were responsive to a couple of questions we had during our stay. There’s so much to do in this area and this house was perfect for us, so we hope to come back again!

EXCELLENT! We loved staying at Regi's place. Regi is a clear and responsive communicator, providing personalized recommendations for our stay and giving clear instructions to make check-in smooth. Our dogs LOVED the huge backyard! It was the perfect place to stay during a long road trip.

Had a great stay at Sage’s place. I was in KC for a clinical rotation at a local hospital, so I needed a comfortable and safe place to stay on a student budget. Sage’s place fit the bill and then some. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and Sage went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay including a desk with printer and super-fast wifi so I could do homework. Absolutely would stay again.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

Really great location in Downtown Lawrence. Nice views from a very unique loft. A perfect place to stay if you're solo and want more space/a long term stay.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

This is one of the best AirBnBs that I've stayed in. I wish I could've stayed longer! The apartment was super comfortable & quiet. I could tell that every piece of furniture & decor was carefully selected for the aesthetics of the place & for a 1 bed/1bath it seems incredibly spacious. All the amenities were as described. TVs were easy to use with all the streaming services anyone could need. Wifi was fast and reliable. Neighborhood was quiet & felt secure. I'm a night shift worker, so I greatly appreciated the black out shades in the bedroom; some gets through along the sides, but it was still dark enough to allow me to sleep during the day. Kitchen was well appointed with high quality brand name items for cooking, coffee, etc. Towels and linens were spotless with plenty of both provided. If I find myself in Topeka again in the future for an extended stay, I'll definitely be checking to see if the Prairie Condo is available before looking anywhere else.

This house is simply fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. The comfort and luxury inside make you fall in love with it from the moment you arrive. The balcony is amazing, offering both great comfort and beautiful views. We traveled to Kansas to visit our son who is studying there, and I feel we were incredibly lucky to find and book this home. The location couldn’t be better — everything you need is just a short walk away. The house is full of luxurious touches and little surprises that make it stand out. I especially loved that on Saturday morning, local producers gathered in the parking area to sell their products — a lovely detail that really gave us a taste of the local culture. Finally, the host, Omar, is one of the kindest and most discreet people I’ve ever met. Don’t think twice — just book it!
