Escape to your own little bit of luxury in the stunning Surrey Hills, conveniently about an hour from London, and stay in one of our two gorgeous shepherd's huts. We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

This beautifully refurbished one up one down flat sits independently in the garden of our 14th century farmhouse. With a king size bed upstairs and a sofa bed in the living area it is ideal for renting by a single person or couple. Freshly decorated in restful tones, it has a shower room and equipped kitchenette. A private patio in the garden, alongside a gurgling stream, makes a great place for breakfast in summer. The village of Effingham boasts two pubs, a row of shops, and trains to London.

Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo. The studio has; - fully functioning kitchen (combination microwave, induction hob & a milk frother (a necessity in my world)) with dining table, - relaxing space to watch TV - dedicated work space with great internet access, - cosy yet firm double bed, all feathered pillows and duvet - skylit shower bathroom, - free parking, - washing machine available (on request)

Set in a traditional equestrian yard, this self-contained purpose-built barn, is set on a farm between the Surrey Hills and Epsom downs. The perfect place to explore and get in touch with nature . The accommodation is a self-contained barn/ stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from the active stable yard. A lounge, small kitchen, downstairs bedroom upstairs and open plan bedroom leading to the bathroom. Bathroom only accessed via upstairs bedroom.
