Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

The place is conducive to a soothing stay for both a vacation and a business trip.

Nearby you can visit the village of Solignac, the ruins of Chalucet, the Parc du Reynou, the Limousine Park, ... Oradour sur Glane is 30 minutes away. It can be the starting point for hikes. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Breakfast can be used for you under conditions.

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.

The SPA de l'Impasse

The Impasse SPA is a place to relax and unwind thanks to its jacuzzi protected by a pergola and its indoor sauna. You can also rest in the living room equipped with its large smart TV! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (oven/microwave/induction stove/kettle/Dolce Gusto coffee maker/toaster and fridge) and a dining area. Private parking in front of the property.
