Built in the 18th century, the property boasts 5 acres of parkland, a pond, a vineyard (producing around 1,500 bottles/year) and a breathtaking view of the listed village of Château-Chalon. The house has been renovated with a mix of antique furnishings and modern craftsmanship. It is perfect for a family, group or couple wishing to discover all that the region has to offer.

Direct pedestrian walks without taking the car (GR 59) and access in 20 minutes to the lake region (Chalain, Clairvaux, Vouglans…), in 40 minutes to the cross-country ski slopes (Saint Laurent en G) or slopes (Les Rousses are 1 hour drive away). An authentic and peaceful stay by a lovely pond. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in this contemporary wooden cottage, located in a green setting by a natural pond. It’s a quiet place, ideal for recharging your batteries while observing dragonflies, butterflies, frogs, and many other animals from the terrace. Cows graze in the surrounding meadows. There are no mosquitoes—frogs and pipistrelle bats take care of them!
