In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs, and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th this year, 2026, and is shared with us (who go there very little), with guests always having priority.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Ideally located 15 min from St Malo and 35 min from Mont Saint Michel, close to the divided highway. Pets are allowed and welcome.
