The place is small but cozy and above all very quiet. Everything is as described. The room with bed and kitchen is quite dark due to the lack of windows, but you have all the more daylight in the living room thanks to the large window front. In terms of amenities, there is everything you could think of, even spices, oil, coffee and the like in the kitchen. The cleanliness was also very good. Raffaele was very helpful and always responded within a few minutes. So, all around recommended.

Marino's appartament is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay and explore north-east Sardinian coast and Maddalena Island. The location is great, just by the sea and with option of lovely ca 10 mins walk ( along the shore in pines' shadow to Palau city center with somenice restaurants and port (with ferries to Maddalena Isl) . The appt itself is equipped in everything needed (especially kitchen :), funcionally furnished and clean, safe parking just next to the house. Communication with Marino is smooth and effective, with all detailed information provided, we do recomend this place to enjoy the best of Sardina:)) thank you Marino:)

The apartment is great and highly recommended. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the wonderful views. In mid-October, we were the only guests in the immediate neighborhood, so it was very quiet. Tiziana is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely book the apartment again at any time!

Nice place to stay within walking distance of the sea. Great terrace. Accommodation is very suitable especially with children. In October, the surrounding apartments were not occupied almost without exception. The annex for the second bedroom is just a draw. In case of great cold or warmth, it may not be so pleasant. In addition, you can hear all the surrounding sounds. However, no problem with us, because there are hardly any direct guests. Contact with the real estate company very friendly and always helpful. However, the check-in process is a bit cumbersome.
