My stay was phenomenal! I will definitely stay here again insanely clean and neat.

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! Very spacious and roomy stay. It feels like two houses, minus a kitchen on the bottom floor. Home was clean, tastefully decorated and served our needs perfectly. The surrounding acreage is great to explore with near by pond as well. Most everything you could need is available to make you stay comfortable and fun too.

Loved the location. Very clean. Always prefer the air bnbs to the hotels in town.

Loved the details like: Slippers for us to walk around in, filtered water in the fridge, HOT water :), nice clean bedrooms with luggage racks, noise machine and oil diffuser, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels and blankets available, some exercise equipment set out for use, and smart tvs to enjoy our favorite programs! We really appreciated it all!

Scott was an amazing host. Super responsive and extremely helpful. Cannot say enough positive things about the host and the home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly reccomend.

Loved the house and all the details that made it feel cozy and comfortable. The attention to details of what was provided for your pets was amazing. If we forgot something like treats, she provided some for you…toys for your pups, drinking water both in & out. Thank you!

This place is great—like someone sat down and said, “What if we made the coziest little house that actually has everything you need and nothing you don’t?” And then they nailed it. Everything has a purpose, it’s super clean, and it just feels… peaceful. Not fancy, but in a really good, Great Plains kind of way—simple, calm, and exactly right. Also—Emporia is a lovely little town! Super friendly folks, some solid food spots, and just an all-around chill vibe. This Airbnb was the perfect little home base for some gravel cycling. Would absolutely stay again.
