Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

A nice trip to this spacious house to just live as a family for 1 week. A great house with everything we needed. I would make sure you have a car to stay here but there are shops and restaurants a 15 min walk away and saint raphael is very close and only 2 mins in an Uber Anthony was a great host

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s perfect if you are traveling with another couple as the second room is very private. The views are gorgeous and the beach is walkable (just be aware that walking up the driveway is a workout!) The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies which was great for cooking dinners. The host was also very responsive. Theoule-sur-mer is a great town for biking. The local restaurants were delicious. We went before busy season so restaurants weren’t open all of the time but when we did get to dine there it was delicious! We would definitely book again!

Brandom is perfect host. Very nice and polite. The house is very nice with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is great.

Sophie's house has a crazy charm and exactly matches the photos. A superb Belle Epoque villa with a Mediterranean garden rich in local plants offered in pretty pots with a personalized touch. The sea view from the bedrooms on the 1st floor and from the spacious terrace on the ground floor are a pure feast. We had an endless pleasure in this sublime region that we know well. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Grimaud! Specifically at the airbnb, and Jerome was a lovely host. We can’t wait to visit again.

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home. It was exactly as represented in the photos. The home was clean and comfortable but the absolute highlight is the view, which I will dream of or a very long time. Arthur is a kind and helpful host- we wanted for nothing. The pristine and peaceful beach is a five minute walk away and the pool is amazing! We will definitely return!

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

What a brilliant find this Villa is and Louis was a perfect host. The view from every vantage point in this property is simply breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of Cap D'Antibes, Juan le Pin and Saint Marguerite. The pool is beautiful, the villa spacious, modern and clean with all mod cons included. It is tastefully furnished with very good air conditioning and lighting. There is a supermarket 3km which you could spend all day in its that well stocked. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

We had an exceptional stay with the family! The accommodation is perfectly as advertised: clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. Alienor and her family are great hosts, very welcoming, available and always ready to help. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and carefree stay. Chloe is super friendly and very good to reach. The property is well fenced so our dog could run free. Unfortunately, the pool in mid-September at 21 degrees was too cold for us at outside temperatures of 23-28 degrees. We were asked on day 1 and 2 by the tenant of the lower apartment to be quieter than we played in the pool with our 1-year-old daughter. The lady's bedroom is next to the pool. I don't know why you should be quiet at 4 at noon. Unfortunately, we heard the lady's TV very clearly in our apartment in the evening. The terrace often smells like cigarette smoke. But otherwise everything was great and to our full satisfaction. We didn't complain to Chloe. Thank you Chloe for a very nice holiday in the top equipped house! 😀

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. There was a brief Wi-Fi outage during our stay, but it was a random issue completely out of his control — and he was on it immediately, making sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. The property itself is a dream. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly think of — truly, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The location is peaceful and serene, with real lemon trees, a gorgeous outdoor terrace perfect for relaxing, and beautiful views all around. The bathrooms are spacious, the pool is stunning, and the entire space felt like a private slice of paradise. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this place to absolutely anyone!
