Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. I would highly recommend it!

Our stay was really good, the apartment was just as described. Natacha, the co-host, was very friendly, helpful, responded quickly to all our requests and shared tipps on events.

Christian and Nina’s place is exactly what is pictured. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The balcony overlooks the Tennis Club and is a fun place to watch the players. There is a mini grocery store a short walk away and a larger store less than a mile. If you rent a car, ask for a small one as the parking space in the building is typically pretty small. The A/C works great, the shower is very nice and all the instructions for the appliances are included with a variety of other details about the apartment. We would happily return for another stay!

Stefania was really quick to reply to all messages, and very flexible and accommodating with check in and check out times to suit my flights. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and a very good spec for old town Cannes (speaking from experience!!). It was incredibly well stocked - everything you could need in a kitchen, included coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc.., and everything else you could need like an iron, hairdryer etc… A very good location at the top of old town so you’re 30 seconds walk from all of the restaurants and bars of Le Suquet. Really happy with the stay and very good value, thank you Stefania!

We were great at Monique's apartment! Spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. The beautiful Garden is lovely. In addition, the apartment is very close to shops, public transport and restaurants. Monique received us and explained everything. We stayed for a week and we liked it. An address to recommend, thank you Monique!

What a pleasure to spend a few days there! A break away from everything, surrounded by nature, in a beautiful garden and very cozy accommodation. Karine and Fabrice are adorable and knew how to put us at ease in the best possible way through their helpfulness. And in addition a magical place for our little dog! Thanks to them, I recommend it 200%. 😊

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Everything was great, apartment was clean and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Short distance to old town, shopping and train station. Very comfortable bed. Balcony was also nice having sunshine. We were very satisfied.

We had a lovely time at this place, everything was impeccable and beautifully furnished, the surroundings are beautiful, the hosts are friendly and responsive, nice terrace and very nice jacuzzi! We really enjoyed our stay at Miguel's place. It was only a few minutes walk to get into town amongst all of the lovely restaurants, and just a short walk to the seafront. The Jacuzzi was a great addition and there were several small details which were very much appreciated and made our stay really pleasant. For example there was a washing machine and a washing and fabric softener pod left out for us to use. Our only small criticism was that there is a fair bit of traffic noise in the garden as the apartment is close to a busy junction. There are some lovely big floor to ceiling windows which open the apartment to the garden. When these are closed the noise is essentially silenced, and the noise was not at all noticeable at night. Overall we had a wonderful few days - thank you Miguel!

Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay
