Monthly Rentals in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais

Pierre is an incredibly nice and attentive Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. The room was also equipped with all the essentials, so you don't really have to worry about anything. The only small disadvantage is perhaps that the walls are a bit thin. However, quiet hours are observed, so this did not pose a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

Near the bus station and metro 15 mins away. The landlord is nice, and convenient to go to the bakery and grocery stores. I stayed for over a month and there is no problem.

Raphaels place is as described. It's very walkable to stores, restaurants and attractions. I've already booked my next stay!

Great place to stay for a few days in Paris. Great convenient stores around as well as a superb bakery. I highly recommend it
