Very bright and spacious apartment with beautiful chic bohemian decor that makes you feel very good there. The residence is located in a beautiful wooded setting, you can enjoy the view of the park in all the rooms without forgetting the beach which is 2 steps away in a very attractive area. We have plenty of storage and very comfortable bedding. Small downside a random internet as well as the absence of an elevator. Laetitia is a charming host, easily reachable and we appreciated her flexibility for check-in and check-out which contributed to a very pleasant stay ☺

Nathalie is a very responsive and accommodating host, pleasant. The apartment is close to the port, beach and amenities, restaurants... It felt good there. Recommended without hesitation

2nd stay at Mickael's for the holiday season. Very satisfied with the stay with the little more nice work in the bathroom and a beautiful coffee maker. Great host, I recommend.

Patrick's apartment is very pleasant, it is very well located (market every day 2 steps away, beach 7 minutes away), with its private parking space. We were a little afraid of noise as the apartment overlooks the street but that nenni! Rooms overlook parking and floor-to-ceiling windows are well soundproofed. The apartment is quiet. The apartment is modern, spacious, equipped, it feels like home. We appreciate the elevator as well as the balcony. We were able to have 1 high chair and 1 umbrella bed for our child which is very convenient 👍🏻 Patrick is a considerate host (thank you for the bottle of rosé and the delicious cookies) and Constance was always accommodating for our arrival and departure, thank you very much! I would recommend it in a second.

Nice apartment , well located especially when traveling by train. The explanations for taking possession of the listing are clear. I enjoyed the quiet of the place and its proximity to the city center, port and beach. Too bad the sheets and towels were not provided at this rate. Otherwise the apartment is very well-equipped.

Thank you for this great WE with friends in La Baule. Thanks to your beautiful house, we were able to enjoy a friendly moment between beach and activities on the terrace the sun was there too.

The listing is as advertised. Wifi is a real plus. There is a pizzeria 30 m from the house that we recommend. The upstairs rooms are spacious and the enclosed terrace is very convenient for the dog. Smoking accommodation but absolutely no unpleasant smell. Thanks Sandra.

A wonderful stay at Christian's place, warm host. As for the terrace and the view, it was even more beautiful than the pictures! For the house, a friendly place and well in its juice. We had a great time with friends thanks to Christian and his personal touch;)

Very nice stay. Very complete house with many accessories. The garden is beautiful, on several levels. He is all around the house and was very convenient for our dog who could stretch out at will. The weather was not nice but the rental partially compensated for this inconvenience. A significant plus: the fact of arriving and leaving without a very specific time thanks to the key code box! Very nice house in a very good location. We had a lovely stay with the family. Good communication with Jocelyne, we enjoyed finding a small tray with some sweets on our arrival.

We had such a happy stay with the family that we didn't see the time go by. Everything was perfect with Sophie who was always super responsive and so accommodating! The house has all the useful and necessary equipment for a stay of a week or more. Thanks again to Sophie and her family.

Exceptional terrace with divine view. Apartment full of charm. Child room without windows but directly open in the master bedroom , which is perfect for little ones. Very quiet. Clean and clear residence. Bathroom with large shower very convenient. Small open kitchen very well equipped. Very easy maintenance. Wendy , the check-in concierge is lovely , very available;

We had a great stay, the apartment is conveniently located near the beach and shops with stunning views of the port of Pouliguen. In addition, we greatly appreciated that this accommodation is also well equipped for our baby and for cooking (which is very rare for a summer rental). We will be back!!
