We had a great time at this clean, comfortable and functional apartment in a quiet and pleasant environment. Maybe the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed because it's a little too soft for my taste, but otherwise no complaints. Recommended.

We had a great weekend in Batz-sur-mer! Really loved this very nice, warm house, ideal for a family weekend with grandparents, children and grandchildren. The sea is really close with a lovely beach. The interior is comfortable: wooden furniture and 3 (!) sofas with large white cushions, the garden is also very well furnished: we were able to have lunch outside. The house is also extremely well-equipped: everything is practical and well arranged. We also enjoyed the tennis courts of the residence: a nice surprise. A big thank you to François and his family for hosting us, the little messages, the flexibility, the guestbook, the decoration. We hope for an opportunity to come back in not too long and highly recommend this property.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

Very well-appointed and well-designed modern apartment. Location in the center, 5 minutes from the train station, at the end of the very commercial Avenue du Gal de Gaulle, and barely 10 minutes' walk from the market. The beach and the embankment are a 10-minute walk away. there are plenty of restaurants and creperie 2 steps away, really great location.

We had a great time, Patricia's apartment is faithful to the descriptions. Everything was clear and transparent. The accommodation is perfectly clean and functional. It is in a very good location, close to the beach and cafes/restaurants. Hot chocolate was particularly appreciated by our children. ☺️Patricia informed us extremely well about her accommodation and the activities in the surroundings. Thank you again!

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal accommodation for families with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We'll be back without hesitation ;-)
