The kitchen is fully equipped: Nespresso coffee maker and another with thermos filter, grill/microwave oven, multi-function electric oven, dishwasher, 1-door 300 liter refrigerator with 45 L of freezing capacity, 4 gas burners (bottle), a multi-function robot functions, toaster, kettle, a nomadic Barbecue barbecue and an all stainless steel Krampouz gas plancha on wheeled trolley.. A bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs, a separate toilet, a washing machine/dryer, a large drying rack outside, another toilet upstairs in the master suite with an open bathroom. The beds in the closed rooms are real comfortable latex mattress beds with washable covers 1 Queen size in 160*200 upstairs and recently an electric double relaxation bed in (2*70*190) or 140*190 downstairs. 2 twin beds 90*200 forming a King size bed when pushed together are installed in the third bedroom located on the mezzanine open to the living room This space offers an office space, a printer is available. 2 double sofas, a single, a futon and a baby bed can complete the capacity requirements on demand. Access to the first floor and therefore to the office/mezzanine space and master suite can be independent by the roof terrace. The awning of the shed accommodates folded garden furniture, 1 table, chairs, parasols, it is the smokers' corner (please put cigarette butts in a separate bag and leave it outside)
