Set on a 17,500 m² semi-natural plot, the house enjoys beautiful natural light thanks to its south-facing exposure and offers an open view over the plain, where it is not uncommon to spot deer and other wildlife. Walking trails start directly from the house, including the Levée Napoléon and access to the Bac de la Chevalerie, allowing you to cross the Authion River.
