This place exceeds even 5-star hotel standards in terms of cleanliness and appliance quality. It was by far the most well-maintained home I’ve ever stayed in. 1. Cleanliness: The entire home was spotless — even the wallpaper was white, which speaks volumes about the owner’s confidence in cleanliness. Not a speck of dust on the floors. The bathroom was also pristine and white, with a mirror that seemed to have an anti-fog function. The kitchen was equally clean, with a grease shield installed beside the gas stove, demonstrating great attention to hygiene. 2. Appliances The washer and dryer were high-quality Samsung models, and even the dryer’s lint filter had been cleaned. The TV worked perfectly, and the dishwasher and refrigerator were all in excellent condition. 3. Parking The underground parking area was very secure, with a door installed at the entrance. Conclusion Overall, this was an exceptional stay. The place was impeccably clean and well-kept. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Great place with beautiful view. Host’s were really responsive as I asked so many questions and also the brand new iron was dropped on request. Just a little what i did not expect was it’s an old building and renovated apartment, from the pictures I expected different. That’s not host’s fault it’s just the building(as there are newer buildings in the area comparable prices). The unit does not have centralized AC as its was a separate AC to the wall and it does make weird sounds so I end up turning it off as it was very loud. The unit was clean few here and there places. Bedding was old and did not feel that clean, Also its not a proper bed its mattress sitting on the metal frame. There is no closet in the room, the little closet space in room was covered with curtain and it was full of other stuff(not properly organized and cluttered). The balcony was great to relaxed as it was on too floor and balcony felt so open and nice as there is no other balcony on top. Overall it’s a good place

We had a great stay at Mike’s place. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is located just outside of downtown with transit options right at the doorstep. For those from Toronto, it’s a similar distance to downtown from Parklawn/Lakeshore. We were in town for F1 weekend and this accommodation was a great choice. Plenty of space for all five of us (2 adults, 3 kids), free street parking right out front and a quieter location compared to downtown. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, and again, a bus stop steps away that takes you right to the nearest metro station, so you don’t need your car at all. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and we would definitely book again. Thank you, Mike, for helping to make our weekend a seamless, enjoyable experience. It really felt like a home away from home.

Franchement je suis le genre de client qui critique tout ce qu’il ne va pas quand l’occasion s’y prête. Mais pour le coup, avec Qasem, il n’y a rien à dire! Je recommande fortement fortement cet hôte! L’appartement est superbe, très fonctionnelle, bon il n’y a pas de machine à laver mais vous avez une buanderie à coter. De plus, Qasem est réactif aux messages sur la plate-forme. Vous avez besoin de quelque chose ? Demandez lui et il vous conseillera au mieux pour votre confort. Super séjour!

The apartment was pristine and very comfortable! We had driven so it was a short drive to get downtown and to old Montreal. The fact that there was private parking was great as well. Instructions were clear so checking in and out was as easy as could be. When I come back I’ll definitely make sure to check that this place is available again!

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. The place was spotless and well appointed with everything needed for the stay. Omar is a proactive and professional host that provided great instructions. This place is also near great transportation and tons of places to eat. Highly recommend. We will definitely be staying here again!

Maison très jolie, intérieur comme extérieur, le tout a proximité de tout commerce. Jean Philippe a été très accueillant et nous a fait découvrir un évènement annuel a Longueuil avec beaucoup de simplicité. Nous recommandons vivement

Great accommodations! Old Montreal location was great. Everything we wanted was walkable within minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants. Yan is super responsive and flexible with checkin, and luggage storage options after checkout. 5 adults and 2 kids. All the amenities we needed were there.

We enjoyed staying at Joe's unit. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. The location is a bit far from downtown or old Montreal but we didn't mind to much as this was the closest unit we could find that would accommodate us all with private parking and more than one bathroom. The home was very cozy and full of everyday amenities as well as smart technology. The house looks newly renovated and was spotless clean. The only bother was the private parking was in narrow back alley. we had a large size SUV, we managed to get in and out and park without any damages but its extremely tight. That being said, we noticed most of Montreal homes had similar back alleys like this one so I guess its pretty common. Thanks Joe for a wonderful stay. Will definitely book when we're in town again.

J’ai adoré l’emplacement du logement, tellement bien situé, entre la rue principale et un boulevard où nous y trouvons de tout. Quartier sécuritaire et tranquille. Différents choix de restaurant et d’épicerie, dans les environs. L’hôte est très accueillant et nous sommes rapidement à l’aise dans leur logement.

We had a great stay at Julie and Julien’s place. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable, even in the high summer temperatures. It’s like staying at your friend’s house when they are out of town! Julie’s kitchen and bath were extremely well-stocked even with all the little things you might need. The hosts were also very flexible and great in accommodating us staying a little longer. They were also very responsive to all questions! The neighborhood was lovely as well as nice and quiet. A really great stay for dogs and families (two great parks very close by and lots of good areas for walking).

A very quite place and really flexible where most of places are nearby. Also the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Hand down the best place I had been to. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week at Mariana’s place and had a wonderful experience! Great place and an even better host — Mariana was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. They provided everything you would need for a comfortable stay, which we really appreciated. The location is amazing and walkable to pretty much everything. Just a heads-up: there were quite a few homeless people in the area, but we didn’t have any issues. The noise from the pub beside the building didn’t bother us at all, but if you’re a light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Staying with Sarah was a 10 out of 10! The apartment is very comfortable. My husband and I love walking, so we visited the main attractions of the city on foot. If you're not much of a walker, there's a metro station just a few blocks away. The highway entrance is only 5 minutes away, which is ideal — it saves you time since you don’t have to drive through the entire city. I definitely recommend staying here. Sarah is very attentive, and the apartment was spotless!

Jacques's apartment was very quaint and clean. Full Kitchen, bath and separate bedroom. I was just passing through and only stayed for the one night, but the little town looks like a very cool place to spend some time exploring in the future. The host greeted me curbside on arrival and even popped out to say good-by the following morning. Thanks for allowing me to stay at your place!
