Nice appartment, 53 sqm, located 20' from Paris.

My best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from the main place all kind of shops (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .) are at less than 2 minutes.Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

We were two families with 9 people total. There was room for one family in two bedrooms and a family for four in the upstairs bedroom. There was a toilet in every floor (3) and a great little outdoor area. Washer and dryer on the top floor in the office area of the bedroom. It was a 15 min walk from the metro station and a 2-5 min walk to a grocery store, cafe, restaurants, playground, bakery, all in an adorable neighborhood. And a river walk and river access about 5 min walk as well. Really nice stay in a very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Loved being on the A train line, so helpful for staying near Paris. Also went to st Germaine at the end of the A line, what a great place!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Marc and his girlfriend hosted us in their duplex for one night. I can safely say that this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately we couldn't meet in person on arrival because we arrived at night, but it was only postponed since we were able to see each other the next day when we left. We were entitled to a jar of honey produced by Marc in his hives which is excellent, breakfast from them. They were really very welcoming and caring, having arrived late at night, they didn't hesitate to offer us to stay until 1 p.m. to rest. The accommodation is very nice, a pleasant aesthetic surprise awaits you upstairs. The bed is very comfortable, we slept wonderfully and even plan to buy the same mattress 😂 I highly recommend this place if you are hesitating, both for this one and for the hosts who were wonderful

A beautiful apartment, very well decorated and bright in a beautiful setting. It feels good and the neighborhood is beautiful. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is bright. Dorota always responded to my requests. You have to turn around a bit to find a parking space, it's still manageable. A TV would be a nice touch for people staying for a while. I recommend it and would go back. Thank you.
