Please note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep on the last two floors, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

We rent our studio (30 m2) + terrace (8 m2), located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator, authentic old building) in a small pedestrian street of Le Panier in Marseille. Village atmosphere, 3-minute walk to the Old Port, Mucem, Major Cathedral, and 5 minutes to the Vieille Charité Museum. Very pleasant, bright, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, functional studio. Place de Lenche, with its small restaurants and excellent ice cream shop is less than 1 min away.

A modern bathroom is displayed, featuring a walk-in shower with sleek glass panels. Mosaic tiles in shades of black and beige cover the walls, while a round vessel sink is situated on a dark countertop. Two towels are neatly hung on a stylish rack.

Located on the courtyard side (quiet) and on the 1st floor of a typical Marseille building, this small 28 m2 pied-à-terre will delight you with its positioning in the city center and the proximity of many amenities: different modes of transport, cultural places, supermarkets and other shops are available a few hundred meters away.

Nice spacious room with view of the Accoules bell tower. All means of transport on site: metro, tram, bus, boats.
