Situé à l'extérieur de l'enceinte urbaine fortifiée du port de Le Palais, en bordure d'un très beau bois appelé "Bois du Génie", il est de plain-pied sur deux grandes terrasses privatives et deux jardins clos: 1 au sud (partagé par nous) et 1 au nord (coté bois) exclusivement réservé aux voyageurs . A 5mn à pied du centre de Palais, de la première plage ainsi que des sentiers côtiers et à 600m d'un supermarché Animaux de compagnie OK
