This apartment can accommodate one or two people. Completely renovated, the old parquet floors and steel canopies bring a unique charm to the whole. In the living room, there is a heater, armchair, TV and desk area. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop) and in the bedroom, shower and separate toilet.

The house is located in a quiet area of Rodez near the peaceful green site of Layoule (5 km walking trail along the Aveyron). The bed is made when you check-in.
