This is possibly the very best location you could stay in Bordeaux! Everything is within walking distance, yet the apartment is very private and quiet, on the top floor of a very old, very beautiful building. All the furniture and amenities are modern and well cared for. Louis is a very kind and generous host. We would definitely stay here again, given the chance!

L'appartement est très bien situé et permet un accès facile aux centre de Bordeaux, même à pied. La possibilité de la place de parking est un réel confort. Le quartier est extrêmement calme et la sécurité n'est pas à questionner. L'appartement est plus grand que ce qu'il semble être sur les photos. Il est propre et fonctionnel pour de multiple besoins. La communication et l'organisation sont simples et claires. Difficile de trouver mieux, surtout avec un prix raisonnable et des possibilités comme ceux-ci, à Bordeaux. Appartement indéniablement à recommander.

This is a lovely, charming apartment in a great part of town. It's close to the public trains and buses and there are lots of restaurants and groceries stores nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans, as well as with the basic seasonings. The ONLY suggestion is that I wish the fact that it's on the top floor with no elevator was more evident in the main part of the posting. The view is worth the climb, but as someone with arthritis, I might have made a different choice. In the end, though, it was a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay in Jean Rene's apartment. It is his main residence so was well fitted out and felt very homely. It's in an excellent location, in easy walking distance of tram stops, restaurants and some of the main sights of the city. Jean Rene was very helpful with answering several queries and always responded quickly.

Superbe appartement que je vous recommande les yeux fermés. Nous y étions avec notre fille qui a adoré y séjourner, car l’appart est spacieux et a beaucoup de cachet. Les instructions étaient très claires et Stéphane a été très prévenant en nous fournissant de précieux conseils sur les lieux à voir, les infos utiles de manière générale sur la ville. Top!!

Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Yoann nous a très bien accueilli malgré notre retard involontaire. Tout était exactement comme promis ou presque... à l'accueil de très belles surprises : de l'eau fraîche, une bière fraîche et de petits chocolats. C'est un véritable hôte 5 étoiles, merci encore !! Grégory est plutôt réactif et les instructions donnés avant l’arrivée sont très claires. Je vous recommande bien évidemment ce Airbnb qui est fait avec goût.

Je recommande ce rbnb les yeux fermés si vous cherchez un endroit calme et accueillant. Le logement est vraiment très propre, que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine, de la douche, du lit, du jacuzzi… rien n’est laissé au hasard.
