Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

The bay window overlooks a vegetable garden and you benefit from a small terrace with a separate view breeze. Reversible air conditioning was installed in the bedroom in July 2025. Since January 2026 new queen size bedding (160 x 200) in the bedroom.
